How SI Royalty works, how you get paid and how to stay safe.
Getting started
How do I create an account?+
Sign up with your name, email and a password, then click the link we email you. Create an account.
Do I need a crypto wallet?+
No. Your SI Royalty account has its own USDC balance. You only need a Solana address (from an exchange or a wallet app) when you want to withdraw.
How do I keep my account safe?+
Use a unique password and turn on two-factor authentication in Security settings. SI Royalty staff will never ask for your password or codes.
Balance, deposits and withdrawals
How do I deposit?+
Open Balance and copy your personal deposit address. Send USDC on the Solana network to it from an exchange or wallet. It is credited once the transfer is final on Solana — usually within a minute.
Which network and token?+
Only USDC on Solana (SPL). Choose the Solana network when withdrawing from an exchange. Other tokens or networks sent to your address may be lost.
How do I withdraw?+
Open Balance, enter the amount and a Solana address, and confirm with your password (and 2FA code if it’s on). Every withdrawal is reviewed by our team and then sent as USDC on Solana, usually within one business day. You get an email with the transaction link.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?+
Yes, while it is still awaiting approval. The money goes straight back to your available balance.
When do I get paid for a bounty?+
The moment the project approves your submission, the reward is added to your balance.
What are “simulated” or “test” funds?+
Labelled test money used to try the platform. It has no value and can’t be withdrawn as real USDC.
For projects
How do I post a bounty?+
Create a project and a campaign with the brief, deliverables, criteria, reward and budget, then fund it from your balance. Start here.
What does it cost?+
A 3% platform fee on what you put into a bounty. For example, to put 970 USDC of rewards into a campaign you pay 1,000 USDC. The fee is shown before you pay.
What happens to unused budget?+
Close the campaign and return the unused reward money to your balance in one click. The platform fee isn’t refunded. Work approved before closing is always paid.
Why does my campaign need moderation?+
Campaigns from unverified projects are checked by a moderator before going live. Verified projects publish immediately.
Can I add reviewers?+
Yes. Owners and managers can create and fund campaigns; reviewers can only review submissions. Team members can’t enter their own campaigns.
Reviews and disputes
Why was my work rejected?+
Reviewers must give a written reason with every rejection or revision request. You’ll find it on the bounty page and in your notifications.
How do I dispute a decision?+
Open the bounty and choose “Dispute this decision” within 7 days. An independent resolver — never a member of the project — decides. Track it on the disputes page.
Safety
How do I spot scams?+
Only trust links on our own domain. We never ask for your password, 2FA codes or for you to “verify” by sending crypto. Report suspicious campaigns to the moderators.
What is reputation?+
Points earned from approved work. It unlocks higher-tier campaigns and cannot be bought or transferred.
Are arcade points money?+
No. Arcade points are kept separate from balances and cannot be redeemed for crypto.
Terms and custody notice
Who holds my money?+
Your balance is USDC held by SI Royalty on your behalf in platform-controlled Solana accounts. It is not a bank deposit and is not insured. Withdraw anything you don’t need on the platform.
Fees+
Bounty funding: 3% of the amount put in. Services: a marketplace fee taken from the seller’s payout, shown before you list. Deposits and withdrawals: no platform fee (network fees are covered by us).
